The role: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a commercially-savvy and performance-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing London-based team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside our Head of Marketing to lead and optimise our paid media and SEO strategy – and support wider campaigns across content, email, social, events and partnerships. You’ll take ownership of key acquisition channels and play a hands-on role in driving growth, improving digital performance and building our in-house marketing capability.
We’re after someone who gets excited by the numbers, but never loses sight of the creative. Someone who’s comfortable in the detail, but always looking at the bigger picture.
If you’re ready to shape a function, not just manage a workload – this is the opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta) with a focus on performance and ROI
- Lead and evolve our SEO strategy – from keyword planning to content briefs and technical collaboration
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness using GA4, Looker Studio and other key tools
- Work with our Design Manager to deliver impactful digital and print assets
- Own and grow our social media strategy, ensuring consistency, relevance and engagement
- Manage our website (Webflow) – uploading content, refining UX and improving overall performance
- Run end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, writing copy, building and analytics
- Support offline marketing – including events, partnerships and printed collateral
- Get stuck into strategic campaigns, new initiatives and exciting marketing experiments
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 4–6 years’ experience in a broad marketing role, with strong foundations in digital
- Proven ability to manage and optimise paid campaigns (PPC and paid social)
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Analytical mindset – confident interpreting performance data to guide decisions
- Excellent copywriting skills across multiple formats (ads, emails, web, social)
- Comfortable using marketing tech: CMS platforms (like Webflow/WordPress), email tools, CRM systems
- Experience briefing designers and/or working with external agencies
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects with ease
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to roll your sleeves up (we’re only a small team!)
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience with Webflow
- Light design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools in a marketing context
- B2B or consultancy experience
Why you’ll love this role
- You’ll have real ownership of key growth channels – and the freedom to shape how we scale
- You’ll join a values-led, impact-driven team who love what they do
- You’ll work in a high-performing but down-to-earth environment where new ideas are welcome
- You’ll play a central role in helping UK innovators access the support they need to thrive
- You’ll be supported to grow your skills, test new things and keep evolving
- You’ll be part of something bigger – a certified B Corp, and one of the UK’s best places to work
Flexible working option
We recognise that great work doesn’t always follow a 9–5.
That’s why we’re open to part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
Whether you're returning to work, balancing other priorities, or simply seeking more flexibility, we’re committed to building a culture where talented people can thrive on terms that work for them.
