About the Role
 
Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists is looking for an experienced Optical Assistant to join our friendly Northcote Road practice. We are passionate about delivering obsessively great service through our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey — and we are searching for someone who shares that same commitment to exceptional care.
 
Rota Pattern
 
• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
 
What We Are Looking For
 
• Previous optical dispensing experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Confidence in building warm, lasting relationships with clients
• A positive, proactive approach to supporting the practice team
 
What You’ll Do
 
• Welcome clients and guide them through their Bayfields experience
• Support with dispensing and product recommendations
• Ensure every client feels valued, understood, and delighted
• Contribute to the smooth running of the practice
