AXS, part of AEG, is a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider. They are looking for a Paralegal. You will support the business on a range of general commercial and privacy related matters. The role will partner with stakeholders across the AXS business globally, including Marketing, Product, Account Management, Compliance and InfoSec.
You will:
- Draft and review a broad range of commercial agreements including NDA's, website terms and conditions, privacy policies and vendor agreements.
- Draft and review Data Processing Agreements and Data Sharing Agreements.
- Support the meticulous fulfilment of consumer data subject requests.
- Support the assessment, mitigation, and resolution of data incidents.
- Support in conducting privacy risk assessments and maintaining associated compliance records.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience of working within a legal department or within private practice.
You will
- Have solid contract review/drafting experience ideally for a technology or B2C company.
- Have knowledge of relevant privacy and data protection laws, regulations and standards.
- Be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Be a proven self-starter able to balance and prioritise a varied workload.

Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
