Salary: A competitive salary from £46,960 - £58,700 depending on the experience you can bring

We're looking for a Change Manager to join our Customer Care Planning & Analytics department on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contact (FTC). They will lead change activities within the team, manage priorities, and provide strategic support. You'll also manage change demand and priorities, gathering requirements, and providing strategic oversight and support to the Head of Planning & Analytics.
Your key outcomes:
- Lead delivery of change initiative requirements: Manage change projects and simplify complex environments.
- Collaborate with project managers: Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements and timelines.
- Track team demands, capacity, and priorities: Monitor workload, capacity, and priority tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Team skills and resources: Ensure the team have the necessary skills and resources to meet project demands and continuously improve change delivery processes.
- Monitor change requirements: Track and oversee low-level change demands and activities to meet the wider department's requirements.
- Find solutions to resourcing issues: Identify and implement viable solutions to address resourcing shortfalls without incurring additional costs or project delays.
- Communicate effectively: Attend project governance meetings, demonstrating strong engagement and communication skills to relay information to key stakeholders, including executives.
- Promote continuous improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Align change initiatives with goals: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure change initiatives align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage risks: Identify and manage risks related to planning and analytics change delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in managing change demand and priorities, preferably within a planning & analytics function.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Exceptional task management skills to ensure the successful delivery of change demands and the development of a prioritisation approach.
- The ability to liaise with project teams to understand requirements and collaborate with the management team to remove blockers, support delivery and drive continuous improvement.
- A flexible, can-do approach and a willingness to deliver change across the entire business.
