Job Description

As a Project Support Analyst at Unipart your role is to ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and to provide project admin support as required. As part of your

Key responsibilities

  • Formalise the monitoring of all Client SLA and KPI targets
  • Comprehensively measure and report on all critical SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Work with the team to ensure delivery compliance in terms of incident resolution and change delivery
  • Work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to ensure that process improvements drive continuous improvement of our performance against SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Carry out a number of admin and reporting tasks related to clients (in terms of contractual SLAs related to client account setup / deletion, incident SLA etc) client invoicing tasks, assistance with client monthly report packs etc
  • Attend monthly service reviews to discuss performance against SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Carry out ad hoc client account management activities to support the team as and when required

Contract type: Full time, initial 6 month FTC
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £27,500 pa
