Reward and Pensions Lead
We are looking for an experienced reward professional to lead our small Reward and Pensions team, to manage the day to day operation of the function, and to develop and implement reward related projects, to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
Reward and Pensions Lead Responsibilities:
You will have experience of leading annual salary review processes, developing pay progression schemes, managing benefit portfolios including pensions and be passionate about delivering great customer service in a cost efficient way across all aspects of pay, reward and recognition.
You will have strong communication and influencing skills, which enable you to achieve buy in and support for change at all levels. You will be skilled at managing relationships with key customers and suppliers and be able to represent HR both internally and externally.

Starting salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid blend of homeworking and London office

Hours: 36 per week
