Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire (minimum 2 days a week)
Full-time, permanent
£30-35k base salary | £50-55k OTE + benefits

We’re working with a well-funded, fast-growing finance business based in Olney, Buckinghamshire – and they’re now looking to hire a commercially minded Sales Executive to help drive their next stage of growth.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join the growing team. In this role, you’ll help qualify and close opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote their range of financial products. You’ll be key to expanding their customer base and ensuring clients receive outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and converting new sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Understanding customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets

What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a confident communicator.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Being good with numbers & having a high attention to detail for bringing together complex sales documents
• The ability to understand financial products and services
• A willingness to travel to client sites & attend industry shows, with some stays required overnight & occasionally at weekends. Must also be okay taking some calls outside of core work hours.
• An interest in the agricultural sector.
