Position Title: Sales Executive (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Compensation: £14/hour + Performance-Based Commission + Growth Bonuses
Hours: 16 hours per week

Overview:  Find Your Flex Group is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to help us grow our business by securing annual job board partnerships and recruitment contracts. This role is crucial in driving revenue, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the overall business growth of the Find Your Flex Group. The successful candidate will be outcome-focused, with clear goals tied to both new client acquisition and revenue generation, and rewarded with a competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses.

This is a part-time role requiring 16 hours per week, compensated at £14/hour plus significant earnings potential through commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Job Board Partnerships:
    Sell annual job board packages to companies across various sectors. You will be expected to target businesses that would benefit from our flexible working recruitment solutions and close deals that drive long-term partnerships.
    • Outcome: Secure a minimum of 5 new annual job board partnerships per quarter.
  • Recruitment Sales:
    Generate new business by selling Find Your Flex’s recruitment services. This includes building relationships with HR leaders, understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Outcome: Close at least 10 recruitment contracts per quarter, with a total value of £18k.
  • New Client Acquisition:
    Actively seek out new clients through lead generation activities, cold outreach, and networking. This includes identifying key decision-makers and turning prospects into long-term clients.
    • Outcome: Onboard a minimum of 6 new clients per quarter. A bonus is earned if you exceed this target.
  • Client Retention and Upselling:
    Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or higher-tier packages.
    • Outcome: Achieve an upsell rate of 10% from existing clients and maintain a client retention rate of 75%.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Development:
    Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating and managing leads, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
    • Outcome: Maintain a pipeline worth £25k per quarter and convert 50% of leads into clients.

Key Outcomes and Incentives:

This role is designed with specific outcomes in mind, tied directly to revenue and growth objectives for Find Your Flex. Your compensation package includes the following:

  • Base Pay: £14 per hour for 16 hours per week.
  • Commissions:
    Earn commissions based on the product category:
    • Job Listings (£99 - £499): 5% commission on total sales.
    • Mid-Level Products (£500 - £4,999): 7% commission on total sales.
    • High-Ticket Products (£5,000 - £10,000): 10% commission on total sales.
  • New Client Bonus:
    • 6-10 new clients per quarter: 5% bonus on total commission earned.
    • 11+ new clients per quarter: 10% bonus on total commission earned.
  • Business Growth Bonus:
    Earn a bonus for exceeding quarterly revenue targets:
    • £25,000 in total sales: £500 bonus.
    • £40,000 in total sales: £1,000 bonus.
    • £60,000+ in total sales: £2,000 bonus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in recruitment, job boards, or B2B services.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Experience in developing relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.
