Senior Individual Giving Manager (Retention)

We are looking for a talented Senior Individual Giving Manager (Retention) to join our Committed Giving Team. The role reports into the Head of Committed Giving and will lead a team to create and optimise donor centric retention programmes that aim to reduce attrition and ultimately maximise donor lifetime value.

About the Team

The Committed Giving Team is a high achieving, fast-paced team responsible for the acquisition and retention of committed/ regular donors. The team (13 people) work across 4 key areas; Acquisition, Direct Dialogue Acquisition (Face to Face channels), Stewardship, and Fundraising Training & Compliance. The team work closely together with the shared aim of delivering exceptional supporter experience and raising the reliable income the hospital needs to help provide extraordinary care fore seriously ill children and their families.

About You

You will be a creative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial self-starter with proven experience developing Committed Giving retention strategies that include engaging upgrade and reactivation communications.

The ideal candidate will also have:
  • A passion for data insight and analysis to inform integral supporter journey mapping
  • Experience of charity fundraising (client side or agency), with a demonstrable understanding of fundraising compliance and legislation.
  • Experience managing budgets including forecasted donor attrition and upgrade metrics
  • Direct line management experience
  • A passion for dynamic collaboration across fundraising teams
