In this role, you’ll be supporting overall marketing strategy and making it work for social media, working alongside content, creative and strategic colleagues, to develop engaging business as usual content, alongside powerful campaigns to bring our brands to life through social.

On a typical day, you might be:

• Developing and executing the social strategy for the next quarter, based on the needs of our community and the priorities of our businesses
• Writing and scheduling core social posts - optimising them for maximum engagement
• Working with our creatives to develop enticing imagery to accompany our campaigns
• Engaging with our audiences across different platforms.
• Working closely with the wider teams to ensure the content we’re putting out reflects our messaging as a business
• Researching the latest trends and techniques to improve our social and community performance
• Showcasing the people behind our business – we’re people selling to people, not cold corporate robots.
• Pioneering campaign ideas and fighting to get them done
• Thinking differently, challenging the norm and putting a unique spin on what we say, making us stand out from the crowd.
• Reporting figures and successes to the Head of Brand & Marketing


We’re looking for a true social advocate. We’re not just looking for someone who knows their way around social platforms, you need to know how to manipulate them to ensure that our content is delivered to the right audience, at the right time. But most importantly – make it your own. This role comes with the freedom to be creative. Spot something we should do better? You can change it!

We’re not looking for a ‘throw-it-all-out-there’ person - you’ll understand the differences in audiences across platforms and alter your strategy based on these findings.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
