I am young gentleman looking for a team of support Worker with boundless energy to support me to live in my new home. I am looking for Support Workers who can help me to reach my potential in life.

This is a new and exciting time for me, and I need you to be enthusiastic, with a positive outlook on life and have the ability to use proactive strategies effectively to support me to stay safe, build my independence and learn new skills to live a meaningful life in my own home.

I enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather, therefore I need carers who are willing to engage outdoor activities with me. I like listening to music and watching TV when spending time indoors. I also have a good sense of humour so I would like my staff to share similar interests.

I will require a skilled communicator who can interpret my non verbal communication, and therefore I would need you to be understanding and non-judgemental so you can support me to manage my needs, develop good routines and build positive, trusting relationships.

  •  Access to Gray Healthcare’s unique training academy
