Manpower are recruiting a Switchboard Receptionist to work for our public sector client in Cardiff.
You will provide an efficient support service to the team.
Attention to detail together with the ability to prioritise your own work to meet deadlines is essential. You will have good interpersonal skills liaising other admin and clinical staff as well as other colleagues across the service.
To be successful for this position you must have a good knowledge of general office procedures, together with organisational and communications skills, delivering high quality admin support.
- You must be computer literate with excellent keyboard skill
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- You must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadline
- Have an understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Must be flexible

Hours - £9.09-£10.09 P/H
