Experienced Talent Acquisition Partners we want to hear from you! We have a fantastic 12 months FTC opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, usually based in York but we are all currently home based for the foreseeable as our York offices are being refurbished. 

Recruiting for one of the world’s largest food and drink manufactures offers an exciting and pacey environment. We are looking for somebody who can effectively deliver an innovative TA offering, recruiting across a range of multi-discipline roles, building strategic partnerships with stakeholders across different functions and business categories. 

Your aim will be to work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to guide them through our end to end TA processes, applying best practices sourcing techniques/tools, whilst ensuring fantastic candidate experience is at the forefront of everything you do. 

You will need to be flexible to manage a range of different vacancies across multiple locations and seniority levels whilst supporting our hiring managers with resource planning activities, delivering the most optimal resourcing strategies to acquire the right talent and supporting our Inclusion and belonging strategy linked to the business’s wider Talent strategy.

 It’s fair to say this is a busy and varied role that offers lots of opportunities to develop and grow.

A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner


Sourcing and attracting the very best talent for a range of Nestlé's businesses, think Nestlé Confectionery, Nestlé Purina Pet Care, Nestle Waters and more! You will develop and manage the end to end resourcing strategy, accurately utilising Nestlé’s global TA processes, systems, tools, and innovative sourcing techniques to introduce talent to hiring managers. 

You will also be responsible for: 

•    Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners building excellent relationships to fully understand their requirements.
•    Taking responsibility for ensuring hiring managers are compliant throughout the recruitment process whilst providing a best in class experience at every touchpoint. 
•    Coaching and supporting HR Business Partners to build functional expertise in all things TA, including resourcing planning activities, market trends and more. 
•    Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders effectively, often with different hiring requirements, ensuring they are informed and updated during every step of the recruitment process. 
•    Understanding the importance of Nestlé talent strategy ensuring key priorities are reflective in our recruitment approach to build diverse and inclusive teams.
•    Ensuring resource planning and hiring decisions are continuously informed by relevant labour market data, influencing stakeholders to make the right decisions.
•    Guiding and supporting hiring managers on conducting great interviews and understanding modern recruiting methodologies.
•    Promoting Nestlé’s employer brand through social media, networking and events #beaforceforgood.
•    Working in partnership with our internal regional sourcing and recruitment marketing teams to source hard to fill roles and create long term engaged talent pipelines. 


We operate a centralised employee services team within a centre of excellence so liaising with central HR colleagues will also be a key part of your role.  There’s no getting away from the fact that this is a challenging but rewarding role given the pace of our business and the ambitions we have as an organisation but if you are looking for somewhere where you can contribute to tangible, sustainable results, then we would love to hear from you.

What will make you successful


Your career so far you will see you have expertise in the 360 recruitment delivery model being able to demonstrate a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting talent at pace. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar in-house role but this isn’t essential. If you are a passionate, results focused and resilient Talent Acquisition Partner working in an agency, MSP or RPO environment we will give you all the support and tools to make a smooth transition in-house. You’ll need to be able to build on your experience in a large-scale global matrix business environment, being able to navigate stakeholders to successful solutions whilst being an ambassador for the Nestlé family.

You will also have:

•    Experience of recruiting from middle management to Head of level roles.
•    A thorough understanding of UK Employment Legislation, UK recruitment practices/policies and UK Immigration 
•    The ability to devise robust recruitment strategies, delivering effective attraction, recruitment, and selection processes for each vacancy.
•    Experience of gathering, analysing and presenting data to influence stakeholders and colleagues with insights that drive action and shape successful recruitment campaigns. 
•    The ability to derive and utilise existing innovative resourcing techniques to find the right talent for hard to fill roles.
•    Great influencing and networking skills with stakeholders at all levels to achieve the desired outcomes.
•    Experience of working with technological providers (ATS providers, various social media platforms, other digital sourcing channels) for recruiting purposes. If you have experience of SuccessFactors ATS great but full training will be provided. 
•    Knowledge of sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter license, Boolean search, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases).
•    The ability to think big and innovate, we want you to play an active role in really challenging our thinking and make a difference as we transform the TA function at Nestlé.
•    A passion for working as part of a team! You would be working with a fantastic team of TA experts, all of which are at different stages in their career and all bring lots of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to develop what we do in the TA space at Nestlé.
