It's up to them to ensure their people are engaged, supported and listened to, which will result in the right products being picked quickly and accurately so they can be sent to the right stores, on time! Reporting into the Shift Manager, the role involves:
Monitoring and driving KPIs and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis
Setting performance targets and reviewing progress and creating action plans to improve performance
Being responsible for a specific area and owning processes within that operation
Looking for solutions to operational problems
Spotting and developing talent in your team through coaching and guidance
Looking after colleague welfare and improving attendance standards
Motivating colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and to unblock barriers, enabling them to work with purpose
Shifts: Variety of shifts and working patterns available with sites typically operating days, late's and nights
