The Role:
Citynet Insurance are hiring for an experienced UK Property and Casualty Wholesale Technical Assistant, this is a part-time role and can offer flexible home working once trained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and approve client documentation
- Updating internal monitoring systems with dates polices are issued.
- To check the monthly renewal list for potential multi occupancy buildings insurance risks
- Prepare the Multi Occupancy Buildings Insurance disclosure forms
- Keep a record of Property risks placed under our binder to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and requests made on time
- Any ad hoc administrative tasks that may be required
- Attends and contributes to internal Technical Meetings
- Looks at ways to add to the skills and knowledge pool of the Team and to improve the Teams procedures and standards
- To provide accurate and effective support to the Execs and the Team
- Contribute to the analysis of Client data for presentation to Insurers
- Monitor the progress of the placements, so as to ensure compliance with Group and FCA procedures, regulations and requirements
- Ensure accurate completion of Websure data fields
- Maintain a high level of Client Service generally and foster / maintain good relationship
Experience:
3 years of Wholesale UK P&C Experience.
