We're looking for confident and dedicated candidates who are looking for a permanent role in Cardiff. The site we're recruiting for is accessible by public transport but your own transport would be advantageous. There is free parking on site and a great modern working environment.
You will be taking calls and receiving messages with equipment faults from businesses throughout the UK. Your role will be to log the fault or issue and offer a solution, which could be a visit from an engineer or may be a remote fix via the telephone.
This role does include weekend work on a rota, so full flexibility is essential. The earliest start time is 08:00 and the latest finish would be 21:00. You would tend to work 3 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays with time off in lieu during the week.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have Call Centre / Customer Service experience OR IT Helpdesk experience
- Great numeracy and literacy skills
- Be fully flexible on working hours
