Job Description

Due to ongoing growth, Premium Sales are looking for Telemarketing Executives to join their well-established team in Lichfield.

Premium Sales Consultancy work with clients to boost their sales performance. We operate either in place of a sales team, or work alongside existing staff members to increase their new business wins.

You will work as part of a team responsible for a number of client accounts, working to secure appointments and quotation opportunities with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B sales calls on behalf of our clients, introducing their services.
  • Effective questioning of prospects to identify if they have any interest and that they meet our client's requirements.
  • Booking telephone or physical appointments for clients.
  • Correspondence via telephone and email regarding appointments and quotations, or general enquiries
  • Updating the CRM with detailed notes in a timely and accurate manner.

We have a flexible working environment and have opportunities available for people looking to work 16-30 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday.  There is no evening or weekend work required and we often have the opportunity for paid overtime.

We offer a base pay of £9 per hour, with monthly commission. Some of our team are earning an extra £150 - £200 a month!

If you have previous experience in telemarketing, then that's great, however some of our top performers came to us with no previous experience, so if you have worked in a customer-facing role, then we would love to hear from you!

Due to the location of our office, you would need to drive, but we have plenty of free parking available when you get here.
