Telesales Team Manager
£32k basic + commission (Average OTE £42k+) + benefits

As part of our exciting expansion plans within our Haydock based B2B Telesales Team, we are looking for a talented Telesales Team Manager.
This is not a standard call centre environment. We don’t work on a dialler, we are not heavily scripted, and our people use their natural sales ability to sell our market leading proposition. It’s a busy role in a fun but focused environment with high levels of recognition and reward.About the role:
With a proven track record in first line sales management, you will lead a team of up to 15 B2B agents, taking ownership of lead conversion, call quality and the usual key performance metrics as well as resource planning. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work with our Recruitment, Training and HR functions to ensure we are at optimum headcount, driving performance and focusing on employee retention.
Naturally you will need to be a high energy motivator and skilful coach who can inspire performance in others and lead by example. Working pattern: Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week. 9am-5.30pm
