Job Description

This is a pivotal part of our sales function within PIB Risk Management.

In situ, you will be using the telephone to generate sales and sales leads for our training arm of the division. However, your sales expertise will not stop there!!! We want you to feel part of the whole business, not just another Sales Advisor chained to the desk on the phone. We want you to network, communicate and bring in your sales leads by a multitude of streams that you will be able to grasp and excel at overtime.
You will be able to open up a conversation with anybody, either on the phone or face to face. You will thrive on chasing and securing business sales.

Although you will have a keen eye on where you are now, you will also have an eye on your future and have a desire to succeed and progress within the division. As part of this we will offer 1 st rate training from our experienced sales team, who are already in place and performing well over target.

You can expect, on site parking, newly acquired and renovated offices, career progression planning, hands off management and an amazing consultative approach from the team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  2. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  3. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales, part of the follow up process.
  4. Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to products to drive our focus.
  5. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  6. Answering customers' questions on the products.
  7. Meeting sales quotas.
  8. Support the training and marketing campaigns that the SD is running.
