We are looking to recruit an on-going temporary Transport Administrator, employed via Manpower, to assist the Transport Controller and transport department with everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with the drivers on daily basis
Answering calls (absences, issues)
General office duties
You will need to:
Have a good IT system skills (ideally MS Office)
Knowledge of driving E1 system (not essential)
Experience in logistic
Display a can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to multi-task
Full training will be provided.

3 different shifts/hours available :
Monday-Friday 5 am - 1 pm
Thursday-Monday 11 am - 7 pm
Saturday- Sunday 5 am - 1 pm and Monday- Wednesday 6 am - 2 pm
Weekend hours are paid time and half
(37.5 hours per week with 0.5 h break)
