** To work within a brand new 7 bedded childrens emotional and behavioural residential home **
BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company who care for children and young people via their residential homes and onsite schools. The children within these services have experienced sometimes traumatic starts to life which therefore requires very complex care and therapy which you can be a part of. We are looking for resilience and hardworking candidates who have a `get up and go` attitude, who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. This role can be incredibly demanding and challenging, however, it is also a line of work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within peoples lifes.
About the employer; this employer is one of the top leading providers of schools and children's homes for children with special educational needs.
About the job; this role is to support the children and young people within the brand new residential home. This service cares for 8 years - 18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties alongside mental health issues, Autism, ADHD and some learning difficulties.
About the ideal candidate; it is essential you are a driver, it is ideally you will hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People with at least 1 years experience within a EBD residential home. Experience in any role caring for the vulnerable would be an advantage such as adults services, prisons, education or the army. However, we are also looking to interview candidates who either hold similar qualifications and care experience or people who are brand new to this sector and would like to work within the childrens services. This is an incredible opportunity to start your career in this sector of health and social care. You will also have the Level 3 in Children and Young People.

This is a permanent and full time role paying £23,295 - £24,155 to work 40 hours per week alongside a Level 3 in Children and Young People.
