Glide-Relaunch Internship

Wells Fargo’s Glide-Relaunch program is designed to help those with a current voluntary 2+year career break “Glide back into the workforce”.  As an organisation, we have always recognised that workforce diversity is fundamental to growth, competitiveness, and future-readiness. The Glide-Relaunch program was envisioned to address a specific issue, which for years has been the cause for an imbalance in the workforce composition worldwide; the loss of vast talent pools in the form of people unable to continue their careers due to personal commitments.

Our 8-week program will run from September to November 2021. 

 

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to provide and work from home (during COVID-19 local government and office restrictions guidance)

  • Must be able to attend full duration of required of 8-week internship program

What Is It Like To Work For Wells Fargo?

At the moment, all Wells Fargo employees are remote but will be expected to return to the office from October or November in a hybrid model. 

Agreements will be put in place between individuals and their Line Manager. 

Across EMEA they operate according to the Flexible Work Arrangement which refers to a long or short-term arrangement which can modify an individual’s working hours / pattern or location of work in an adhoc, fixed term or permanent basis.
